You are correct, if I wasn't watching I think they would have put FYG glass in. Maybe I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I do have to say that labor and skill wise they did a good job. Administratively they could improve as you do need to inspect the materials.

I was given the same story about OEM glass but in the end got it for free as well. I am wondering if there is something that the installer or insurance isn't telling us. N
