Given that the Carrera GT engine is a V10, my vote is tongue in cheek.

You're right. I was thinking the grey part on top of the red light was white (a la 997.1 lights). I see now that it's grey.

Exactly. Don't buy a porsche without checking the factory build sheet. If someone added the GTS airbox, who knows what else was messed with.

Oh, more pics. Those don't look like .2 taillights to me. Normal .2 taillights have a thin line of red near the lid, no line on those.

The position of the oil filler is another giveaway. On a .1 it's located in the middle of the airbox location. Unless someone went through the trouble of changing all that, which would be strange.

ot76 is infamous around these parts
Yeah it has everything a GTS would have ! SPE, Sport Plus etc ... , the air intake says 4 GTS,
the outside looks like the 4S . Porsche run the option list and they say its 4S with 385hp and that there is no history of replacing the intake with 4 GTS one .

Still need to see more pics. People have done the mod by adding that intake. As mentioned before, if it had the power kit, the intake would look similar, but would not say GTS. My own recommendation is that if that was modded, you don't know what else was modded or taken off prior to sale. Proceed with eyes wide open.

You would never find a "history" of replacing the intake. No dealer would do that job.

No

That is a .2 engine. A few give aways for me are the arrangement of components, the p/s fluid to the left of the throttle body and the oil filter up top. The .1 had oil filter on the bottom and p/s fluid to the right of the throttle body. That is not GTS intake. As someone mentioned earlier the GTS had the X51 standard, the big giveaway there is the aluminum intake on the X51 vs. Plastic on the regular car. I have seen cars come in with the wrong sill plates installed it's possible air box plate could be wrong.
