Front bumper mesh
Easy on and easy off. Total of 5 holes to drill. If you remove you will have 2 small holes on lower part of center insert (approx 1/8"). put a little filler and touch up paint and you should not notice. As far a color, black IMO would be best as you are giving it a good look without purposely drawing you eye. I think www.zunsport.com may have pics.
Front bumper mesh
To answer Bara's question - I had similar concerns but have found this mesh works. The oil temps on track in August were no higher than the same track last year. The large center opening is still available to channel air
YMMV, but I figured it was worth $5 and about 90 mins of playing, given that 30 seconds with some snips would allow me to remove them.

I just DIY'd this. All material purchased from Lowes for $15. Used black metal mesh vice black plastic mesh. Zip ties weren't required to secure as the stiffness of the metal mesh allowed a nice tight friction fit in the front bumper air inlet. Once shaped and inserted, used needle nose pliers to pull the grills forward to wedge tightly. Love this DIY!

In all, the Zunsport was a great purchase.
