They changed my 6MT and took them a full month, eventually completed it. They didn't give me a loaner and I didn't bother. But they called back 2 days later and gave me a Cayenne with 100 miles. Getting updates from them was very difficult while they had the car. Another problem with them is that they are always very busy that it sometimes takes a month to get an appointment.
