Comparing the right and left rear turn signal led lamps, I noticed that only the center yellow led lamps light up on the right side whereas both the center yellow and a few far left red led lamps light up on the left side when the turn signals are actuated. Question: is this normal operation?

 

It sounds like some of your turn signal LEDs have failed. The turn signal should be the same on both sides.

 

No, this is not normal. I have Dectane rears also and mine only light up amber on both sides. No red when turn signals flash.
