I agree, that's why I took a Scotch-brite pad to mine. I ended up applying a semigloss finish on it and I'm much happier with it.

Not really today, but the last thing I did on my 997.
I installed my Maxton Design lip, and I'm pleased with the result. Haven't tested it yet over speedbumps as it's in winter storage atm. Ended up with 10-11 cm between the lip and the road, will hopefully work just fine if I take the high bumps from the side.
What do you guys think?
