Blinking Center Brake Light

I recently saw a Porsche Boxster with a blinking central brake light. It was actually doing more than blinking and displaying light patterns to make the light very visible and noticeable.

I was wondering if the same kind of central Brake light exists for the 997.1.

Thanks
Yves

SoCal C2S is infamous around these parts
Had this unit on my Cooper JCW....it didn't cause any errors and was settable to flash 3X for either each application of the brakes or with a ~10 second lockout between brake applications (used for stop and go traffic). Pretty small in size and runs about $25.

That is nice. However the center rear stop light I saw on that Boxster was capable of displaying all kinds of visual tricks like << >> moving away from each others. It was definitely a more intelligent display than what we see on Dodge and other GMC vehicles.

I am not sure it is legal though.....

Ok...I installed it for track and LA freeways to get the attention of the person riding my bumper...didn't really want to entertain them or put some sort of hypnosis on them! The Pulsar is legal however.
