The racers will know better, but why do you want carbon ceramics for street use?
For the track, apparently the rotors are monster expensive. Steel rotors are relatively cheap when you wear them out.

I guess the main reason is to eliminate brake dust and unsprung mass.

Funny you mentioned that. I agree. I switched back to original shift **** (black leather/plastic ).
