Who has Lloyd Custom Mats?

I am planning on purchasing a set soon -- black with red piping -- to replace my stockers.

I am trying to figure out what the best match is to the black OEM carpet in my car. I've read that Lloyd's black is quite a bit darker and that Graphite, Ebony, etc. might be a better match.

Here is my interior now

What color did you go with? Any advice?

When ordering black Lloyd mats for a 997 we select ebony as the color.

Hope this helps!

Do they still come with those goofy clips to hold them in place? I bought a set some years ago and replaced them with factory mats a couple of weeks later. The clips don't work unless they've improved them or abandoned them altogether in favor of welcro like factory.

Yeah, they still come with those clips...

You can buy the OEM velcro pieces though..perhaps even transfer them from the original mats.

you might take a look at Cocomats. I have a set in each of my toy cars. Would not do without them!

Question Lloyds Ultimat in Black....

Lloyds Ultimat in Black

Just installed my Black mats and they are indeed too dark.... Is Ebony the right color match to the OEM??? I have no idea where to find a color code or anything on the stockers, but they are not pure black, more of an "off Black".... Will likely get the Ebony ones if they are a better match and pay forward the new Black ones. Anybody want a set of brand new Black with Silver Carrera and Red S for a 2009 Coupe? Stay tuned.

Yes we use the Ebony color when ordering black mats with Lloyd.

The color we use when ordering Sand beige is called Medium saddle.

We have the Lloyd mats listed on our site here if anyone is interested:

Are the Lloyd's mats you have posted the ones with red logo and red piping? Does it include 4 or just 2?

This thread just saved me. I'm about to order a set of folded rear seat deck mats for my 997 with black interior and I'm looking for an exact match to OEM.

I'll go with ebony carpet color, and the silver stitching. lloyds was kind enough to send me a stitching sample and I confirmed that it's the closest match to the OEM Porsche stitching.

The only two things I'm wondering now is which carpet pile will be the best match to OEM, and which piping color/material will match OEM best as well. Do you guys know? The premium vinyl piping is shiny and has a leather texture to it. This doesn't match.
