Impressive CPO Service
I just picked up my 2010 C4S Cab after getting some CPO work done, and given the impressive service I received I felt compelled to share my very positive experience. I bought my car in July 2013, CPO'd through April 6th 2016. This is my DD, and I put ~1,000 miles/month on it primarily due to my daily commute into the city (50 miles round trip, mostly freeway driving). With my car dropping out of CPO in the coming weeks, I first brought my car to my indy for a thorough inspection and a list of items that I wanted my P Dealer to cover under CPO. My indy found a slight leak in my high pressure fuel pump (which has been causing me some hard start problems) as well as a torn left front CV boot, so I reached out to my P Dealer armed with that report, requesting that this all get covered under CPO.
After dropping the car off on Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call on Monday afternoon with the news that PCNA would indeed replace my HPFP, as well as cover the torn CV boot. I was even more surprised to get a call on Wednesday saying that while they were addressing the CV boot, they found some leaking drive shaft seals so they ended up replacing the LF driveshaft and all the driveshaft seals. Overall, PCNA surpassed my expectations, covering all the work that I requested as well as work that they identified while addressing the other items, Having gone into this expecting a battle with the P Dealer to get anything covered, I was really impressed with their willingness and full agreement to cover everything. I have heard different stories from others who have had negative CPO experiences, so hopefully this provides some evidence on the other side
Forgot to mention the P Dealer: The Porsche Exchange in Highland Park, IL
