Anyone had issues with Hoen-USA customer service?
I received my order from Hoen last week consisting of H8 fog lights (Endurance yellow), H11 high beams (Xenon match - went with 55W), and the LED license plate lights.
When I installed the LED lights on Saturday, I was very disappointed with the quality of the wiring harnesses.
I sent an email to Hoen first thing Monday morning and have not yet gotten a response. There is no phone number on their website, except for dealer inquiries.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there another way to get a hold of them?

Wasn't aware that a wiring harness was involved. I actually used these and they were just plug-n-play

Hoen is slow to respond but in my experience they usually do. Did you use this email:

In my opinion, this is a very low-quality company. Good luck, hope you used Paypal.

I dealt with this company a few years ago. They sent me a defective bulb. When I contacted them, they responded saying they were sending me a replacement. And when it didn't arrive and I asked for a tracking number, these guys claimed they didn't have one. And of course nothing showed up. I then asked for a refund, but they subsequently ignored my emails. I had to get my money back by filing a Paypal dispute.
In my opinion, this is a very low-quality company. Good luck, hope you used Paypal.

I did get a response from HOEN offering a refund if I returned the license plate LEDs.
Decided not to bother. I basically decided to live with the fact that I paid $55.00 for an inferior product from China that is available on eBay for less than $15.00.
I was also not impressed with the "Endurance Yellow" H8 fog bulbs from them.
Not as bright (or as yellow) as represented on their website.
Buyer beware!
