Just wanted to get opinions from anyone here with the exhausts. I am thinking of picking one of them up in the next day or so.. How do you like the sounds of them and the quality. I am open to other suggestions but really am not into dropping 6000 just for a muffler when in a Year I will be getting rid of the car.

Where are you based? We always have different cars in and out with different systems so depending upon where you're at I'm sure someone would let you listen.. Listen first, buy later

Peronal opinion not much into aftremarket on these cars but what I have seen of AWE there product looks beautiful.

 

Did you get the Stage1 or Stage2 SpeedArt kit for the 997? If so, I have a few questions, if you would be so kind.

1) Did you get the Stage1 or Stage2 kit?
2) Any problems with dealer and warranty?
3) Do you feel the claimed 345/260 hp in the seat of your pants?
4) How much total for the parts and install?
5) I assume you have some pics?

 

We're doing another project 997S this week and we actually have the full AWE Exhaust, Headers and Cats going on today/tomorrow amongst other things heh... so I'll either get a video sound clip or you guys locally can check it out

 

from the videos, both fabspeed and awe sound incredible. i remember the vid of the fabspeed muffler bypasses, man that sound is killer. in the vid of the 997s with full awe system vs. e60 m5, the 997 just screams. in person, i've only heard the pse and psi motorsport ones. the psi motorsport full system has an incredible race-car sound that is unbelievable. but there are many good choices, i hope you find one that you like.
