Astur will become famous soon enough
Thanks and kudos to you too...

Since we both have similar cars and have done a similar modification (the spoilers), can you please check out the post below and let me know if you have a similar problem?

TheLex is on a distinguished road
I have a question regarding the airbox on these cars. I'd love to install a GT3 RS style wing on my 997.2 Carrera GTS. But the GTS has an airbox that supposedly is somewhat different from the "regular" Carrera. With these wings, you lose the fan that normally sits on the stock wing. So what happens when you change out the airbox on a GTS to one to fit the wing? Do you lose performance? And is there a heat soak issue when you're sitting in traffic on a hot day since you presumably lose the fan(s)?

Recruiter_Bruno is an unknown quantity at this point
So I'm about to start the same process as you.
Have an OEM 997.1 GT3 wing ready to go in for painting.
I know I need the brake light cable and the rear spoiler delete cable but why have I read that I need a new engine fan and longer screws?
Any details would be appreciated.

Thanks
