Looks nice with the aero kit. I am sure everyone else will say this --- "get a PPI" --- and then make a decision.
The PPI will point out the issues with the car and then you can make your decision from there. It is worth the couple hundred bucks.

I bought a used 2007 911 a few years ago. I did not get a PPI. I was not convinced at the time that the inspection was worth the time and money. I had (and have had) no problems other then the known 997.1 problems. Maybe I just got lucky.
I had to replace the clutch about 20,000 miles after buying it. A PPI might have caught the worn clutch. Don't know.
But I can understand, given the high repair cost of these cars, why a PPI is not a bad idea.

That car looks great and looks like a good deal. Not surprised that a Nissan dealer would know very little about the car. Get a PPI.

My SA told me the average life of a clutch is around 20,000 miles. Typically the throw-out bearing wears out allowing for an uneven contact between the clutch and the flywheel. So not only do you replace the clutch you usually have to replace the dual mass flywheel too as they are too thin to resurface.
