Should I buy this 997.2 C2S Cab?

2009 Carrera S.

MSRP - 98K (PDK, Sport Chrono, Sport Seats, not much else worth the mention...pretty basic).

Here's the kicker: 98,500 miles!

PPI high level results:
-0 Over-revs Range 1!! This is not a typo!
$800 - needs 2 new front tires.
$160 - needs new oil change as oil is over-filled.
$100 - decklid emblem missing.
$300 - windshield washer pump not working and needs replaced.
$300 - 2 back wheels have bad curb rash and need repaired.

$36,500 negotiated price
+$1,600 PPI costs

Total = $38K

Should I buy? Thanks everyone!

Price seems a bit high for me. 98k miles is also over the average to me. Other people might tell you a Porsche that has low miles might have more issues. So a ppi is a good idea.

that price is in line with the miles, my buddy just bought a NON S coupe 2009 PDK loaded for $34500 and that was an incredible deal- you are paying $36,500 for an S and cab thats stellar!

PDK should never have overrevs. Price is good and the miles wouldn't scare me if PPI checks out.

Looks good to me, like everyone has said, mileage should not concern as long as PPI is solid. Nice looking car and man its red, how can you go wrong....

The Airbox looks like it has been under water. I have an 08 Cab S with 85k miles and my engine compartment looks nothing like that in terms of dirt and stuff.
