I’m looking for a manual cab 997 turbo.

I believe there was one year with the mezger and the 997.2 interior. I believe that is 2009 MY

Are all 2009’s like this, or should I be searching for a specific build date or vin?

I realize I could google this, but it would take an hour vs an expert taking 30 seconds of typing.

Yes that's the magic year and they should all be setup like that. Good luck with your search. The turbo almost always lags the Carrera models like that - same as in 2005 when the 997 came out but the Turbo was still 996 based. 2009 is thee first year of PCM 3. 0 which they did across the board, including the Turbo which is why this is the year you're looking for.
