997.2 underside component possibly leaking

Hi, this picture is taken from the rear of a 2011 911 C2. I couldn't get a better picture. I will be taking it to a Porsche specialist soon but I want to know if anyone knows what that pink looking substance is and more importantly what component is it coming from? Thanks for the help.

That's dried coolant. It's either coming from a cracked coolant expansion tank that's along the left well in the engine bay or from a failing water pump. I don't know where the water pump in the 997.2 motor is located. It might actually be the thing that's covered in pink coolant.

The leak is fixed by replacing the transmission cooling control valve (part no. 928.574.573.03). If you notice the part number, yes it is the same part that was used in the 928. May be Porsche should come up with a newer (and hopefully more reliable) design. Thanks.
