I don't have a vid but I do have a sound clip that I made of the PSE on my 2006 997S cab. The tech at my dealership wired a switch to bypass the cutouts and also allows me to put the exhaust into stock or quiet mode at any time. I tried to make a super accurate sound clip but I quickly realized that it's impossible to do so. I used a Sony stereo digital recorder taped to the back license place and the quality was still average. Plus, the sound clip will only sound as good as the speakers that are connected to your computer.

If you have a good system like the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 system (FYI the 2.1 sounds way better than the 5.1 system with the larger sub - I know because I have one of each. The 2.1 on my iMac and the 5.1 on my PC that is directly behind me), imagine the sound being about 10x deeper. It's a very nice sound with no resonance. If you have the mandatory cutouts, you are missing the best part. It cuts out just as it gets really really loud!

Anyways, here is the sound clip. You will hear startup --> me driving out of my neighborhood and down the street --> then coming back towards my neighborhood and switching between PSE on and PSE off a couple of times then a quick run with PSE off then another run with PSE on --> pulling into my neighborhood and then into the garage.

Thanks 2thefixer!!! The clip was well done and gave me the idea of how it sound. Did you install the PSE in later time or it was part of the opt when you purchased? I am thinking about to replace my stock with PSE and just want to get more info from you. Which dealer done the work? How much did that cost you? Is it still under warranty?

I had PSE installed after I bought the car and the dealership did it. Arling does PSE installs at Lucent but I am not sure if he does the switch. It cost me $3100 and is covered by Porsche's warranty.
