Hi all! Just picked up an 09 C4S... PO was backed into by someone with a trailer hitch when the car was being smogged, so it came at a reduced price to cover replacement of the front bumper cover. I found a really nice set of 997.2 turbo bumpers with (almost) all of the trim/lights/etc, and am now trying to figure out what needs to happen to install everything.
Not super worried about the rear right now, but as far as I know, this is what needs to happen there. If anyone has pics/experience and can show me what needs to happen, that would be awesome though, as https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/997/256141-need-help-fitting-turbo-rear-bumper-c4s.html]the only thread I found on this doesn't have very good documentation of the final result.
Cut and bend the stock muffler so the tips lined up.
Fabricate attachment point for bottom of bumper
Remove some heat shield and paint the balance flat black.
Install black screen behind openings in bumper (as heat shield right behind).
The front seems a bit more straightforward but for the lights... I have the regular 997.2 LED drls, but the turbo has separate DRLs and signals. So... questions:
Do I need the turbo harness to connect the third light?
Any issues with https://www.ebay.com/itm/184907392115?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D7770 08%26algo%3DPERSONAL.TOPIC%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D202207 05100511%26meid%3Dad4568dac3214e20b23bd44b1011a737 %26pid%3D101524%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26itm%3D1849073 92115%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057%26algv%3D RecentlyViewedItemsV2&_trksid=p2380057.c101524.m14 6925&_trkparms=pageci%3Aa064b853-ffcc-11ed-88e3-ae618065f377%7Cparentrq%3A728c696e1880ab8f2ef33380 ffece375%7Ciid%3A1]ebay aftermarket LED DRL/turn signals? Looks like they're the same design as the Agency Power kits that used to be available.
Very seriously considering installing plugs in lieu of the headlight washers, and have seen some folks paint https://rennlist.com/forums/997-forum/774241-is-there-a-way-to-fill-the-headlight-washer-holes-in-front-bumper.html]hardware store plugs to fill the holes. Aside from filling, is there a better solution?
Anything else I need to account for? I have most of the plastic, and I think I can modify the pieces I don't have (inner fenders)... sounds like physically installing the bumper should be much more straightforward than the rear.
Thanks in advance for any help/guidance, and apologies to those that read this on Rennlist too... casting a wide net, just in case ;-)

I installed these turbo LED lights including an aftermarket body kit that's made for the turbo on my C2S so I can give you some tips.
The exhaust sits 6.5 cm lower on the C2's but the length is the same as the turbo. If you want the bumper to be completely stocked then you have to do these exhaust mods, but if I were you
I would just go custom x pipe and delete the muffler, and re-direct the exhaust tip to slightly lower. You can do this under 1K using your stock muffler tips. You need a module to work the third light or a good mechanic
can tap into one of the rear window motors.
As for the signal lights they are great. You save a couple of hundred dollars compared to the OEM ones. He will send you two separate shipping. LEDs separately and lights and harnesses in another box. If you look carefully on the harness & lights
it's not the same ones as the agency power ones they use to sell. My car is sponsored by Jeffrey so you can direct message him on eBay and say that you got the lights because of me and he will give you up to 10% discount on top & free t-shirt. ( Save 60 dollars)
Headlight washer holes. They usually delete. Is the turbo bumper matching your car color? If not repaint the whole bumper and cover the holes it looks cleaner and better.
You might be jumpy because you just got the car and saw the opportunity on the turbo bumper. Make sure to train your eyes. Scientifically, especially tuning the exterior on the 997's
it changes by the time you reach 2~3 years of owning this car. I've seen some guy go far up to even turbo vents. He now has the Factory Aero kit.
Josh.
