Cargraphic 997 Carbon Fiber Tip warning

Hey guys, want to give everyone in the community a heads up to avoid these tips (and any others that look like them).
So I'll keep the long story as short as possible.

I purchased my first set of Cargraphic carbon fiber tips back in May 2020.
After roughly 15k kms, by September of 2021 I was forced to contact Cargraphic directly because the carbon fiber was delaminating and bubbling ruining the look.
After several emails back and forth they agreed to sell me a second set of tips at a 50% discount (plus shipping from Germany to Canada) which I reluctantly accepted.

I didn't drive the car much during 2022 but in 2023 I put on my usual 10k kms (I store the car over the winter) and again towards the fall I saw the replacement set of tips failing in the exact same way.
I contacted Cargraphic again (Michael) and they suspected I am using the wrong cleaning material.
That cannot be the case as I only use Chemical Guys standard exterior foaming car was soap on the tips.. the same soap I use on all my cars.
I've never touched the tips with any other soap or cleaning material.

Over the winter, Cargraphic wanted to see the tips and they agreed to cover the shipping back to them.
After some time passed they agreed to send me a new set of carbon sleeves for me to fit and I agreed and thanked them very much.
But when the package arrived I noticed how deceived I was (see pictures attached).
The sleeves are raw and are not precut or drilled.
My original tips use RIVETS not screws to attach the sleeve to the steel and they did not provide any rivet replacements.

I contact them and assumed this must have been an oversight as I am not a shop and do not have tools to cut carbon fiber or rivets to attach.
But after several emails and conversations they will not assist me in any other way.
The entire ordeal has been professional and pleasant so I'm not saying they have been rude or anything.... but sending me a set of sleeves is a joke.
They could have simply assembled the sleeves to the tips themselves since they are the manufacturer.
Or agree to send me rivets.
Michael understands my dilemma and tried to help but the owner of Cargraphic Thomas Schnarr will do nothing else.

So I just want to let you guys know to avoid these tips and choose something that will last more than 1 or 2 years.
