Rough/delayed acceleration and engine response. Please help!

Dear All,

My friend Sam who's an independent Porsche specialist and shop owner in Taiwan for the last 40 years has requested me to ask if anyone has ideas on what else could have caused the car to have very rough/delayed engine acceleration/response, as shown in the video clips. This only happens when the car is cold but once the oil temperature is up to 80 degrees it is smooth.

Car is 2006 Carrera 4S 3.8L has about 40,000 miles. No bore scoring or IMS history.

He has done the following: Replaced all spark plugs, coil packs, and added new mass air flow sensor, timing sensor, temperature sensor, oil separator, idle throttle valve, and also cleaned injectors.

The car has show no error codes. And he is very frustrated because he has been working on this car for over a month and this problem persists!

Please comment and thank you very much!!!

Possibly the throttle body or fuel injectors.

I would track throttle pedal position relative to throttle plate position in the throttle body and see if there any any anomalies between the two
