I will say that we have installed dozens of superchargers on the 996 (Evo), and have never had a hint of a problem with any of them. One chewed up a serpentine belt at about 30k miles on the kit, but that is it, which isn't bad for a belt of that length. I currently have 2 997s' on the road with the Evo kit as well, and they are out beating up on vettes and vipers, lol.
