i have a white C4s and there is a black plastic piece below the door and i noticed on some cars posted here it was painted to match and i think it looks v.nice. i was wondering if there was a way to order the piece from my local dealer painted or is it a body shop situation to have them paint the "skirt"

does the aero kit have a different side skirt? i like this look, just not sure if all it is is my black molding pianted to match or somthing entirely diff... thoughts?
