2ndtime is infamous around these parts
The photo you posted looks like _ _ _ t. Why would mess up a thing of beauty? Spend your money on something that improves not detracts from the car.

If you're using the decals for a little accenting here and there, I like it. The wing mirrors look great, and a little script along the door paner is fine.

Much more, and it gets ricey, but I say use your judgement, and go for it.

I'm totally with JP. I like it too. The 997 has come full circle and is a bit of a throwback in the style... but modernly perfected. I'd say go for it. All this ricey stuff I think is a bit of a sub-par deal for this thread. 80% of us have wings larger than nearly any other car in the world. Yeah, they're functional and needed on a 911, but still... I say try it out. If you don't like it, rip it off and wax all day and start again. I'm not really for putting a tribal tatoo down the side... but something modern yet retro is badass on these cars, and in my opinion, if done well, could be very special.

I was inspired by this look. I think Champion did a killer job on this car.

I just don't like it - the gray does it no favors, the wheels look very generic, and the stripe looks like an afterthought.

The stripe on the 996 GT3 RS was cool because of the way it faded in/out at the ends of the car. I still wouldn't do it if it was my car. On that note, and to each his/her own - if you like it, do it! Or else we'd all be driving the same car anyway.
