I just purchased my 997S about 6 weeks ago.

I drove up to Costa Mesa to Road Sport Supply last week to install the Cargraphic Carbon Fiber chin lip and Cargraphic H&R springs. It looks awesome! I love the front lip. Hopefully you guys like the look. Pictures don't do it justice. The front lip totally changes the whole car. What do you all think?

I may add Tubi mufflers GIAC flash and that's about it. I want to keep my mods light.

 

looks really good. did h&r change anything with their springs? the last couple of cars ive seen with them seem to lower the car just right, whereas in the past the front looks noticeably lower than the rear.

 

Nice front lip. tint the windows and put on some Fabspeed, AWE or Tubi mufflers and you are there!
Are you thinking about a rear wing? I like the looks of some of the wings and the functionality of some. However I LOVE the fact that as stock the wing moves up and down with speed and to me that is pretty trick.

 

Is there supposed to be a cover for the front duct like in the picture?

Mine doesn't come with it when I bought it and now it's collecting bugs (and even bubble gums) like crazy...

Yes, mine came with the cover. I have not seen one without.

Not sure if H&R did something different. They are Cargraphic made by H&R. RSS told me they are just slightly different than H&R. But I am happy with the ride height, it looks pretty even.

Not sure if I will get a wing. But yes on the mufflers. Tubi or AWE which sound better? So hard to tell from the web.

 

yea the other car i noticed that had the perfect drop was on the cargraphics as well. maybe they are a lil different than the h&r

 

Not sure about AWE because I've never heard them. I have Fabspeed and am very happy. AWE and Fabspeed are both around $1150. Tubi is $2400! Tubi can;t be that better and from what I've heard both Tubi and Fabspeed sound simular and awesome.

 

That looks great! I really wanted that lip but after my ordeal with Cargraphic USA I ended up ditching it and going with Rinspeed.

 

What rinspeed parts did you go with?

I have the AWE setup and love it. The sound and the performance gains are fantastic. The AWE tuning site has some nice video clips if you are interested in hearing the system. Good luck - your car looks great!

 

mogz you either have a tiptronic or they gave you an x51 with 3rd radiator by mistake
