Got the report back from my friend who checked it out today:
Part of the email loosely translated:
Dude! You gotta see this thing. Absolutely stunning! Not a dot on it. It was parked between a Gallardo and a 360 CS but "your" p-car was the one making the room. Just ****ing get it already.

if you've been a "good" boy, doing right by your wife and kids, go treat yourself... you only live once... if a porsche has been a long childhood dream, like it's been for many of us (mine started when I saw the movie "Against All Odds" in '83 with a red carrera cab.), buying it today will change your every morning... I wake up excited to go to work, SIMPLY CAUSE I'M GOING BY PORSCHE :-) it's a 997S Cab...

Hey everybody, check out my new sig!
Gotta start fiddling with the export stuff next week. It's crazy. You'd think that this little principality had the same import regulations as France, and apparently it does except for veichles, which supposedly is a ***** since it used to be a waterproof way to launder money in the 80s. (buy expensive cars in Russia or baltic countries with drug money, import them to Monaco and sell them back wherever) Hopefully it'll be here by november. It's gonna be a looooooooong wait.
