Mixed feelings for me today... (updated with pics!)
Sold my 997...

Got the E63 today...

I will still lurk around this board as IMO this is the best forum out there!

Btw, will post some pics once I got it...

what!!! how did that happened?? did you sell all the mods with the car?

i am sure you will miss the porsche, but the E63 will be a beast and you may soon forget the pain now!

One of the reason I gotta sell it is because it's getting a bit tiring living with car as low as that in downtown SF, the driveways are just killing me!! Same thing in downtown LA...

Yeah I sold all the mods with the car too...

I will definitely miss the 997's handling in corners... oh so good...

Renntech got 555hp out of the E63 AMG engine with some ecu, headers

Sorry to see the 997 go, but you will love that E63 I bet. My dealer has one coming in that isn't spoken for, and I am seriously considering it. I'm jealous.

Will blacken the grille, get the sidemarkers painted black, and taillights smoked in the next few days too...

Congrats on the E63. Even though it's not as sporty as your 997, E class AMG's make a very nice daily driver. What options did you get?

how much did the dealer give you with the mods?
PM me just curious cuz i know dealers don't like modded cars.

I'm sure you'll love the E63, I would have purchased one to replace my '04 E55, but I know that by this time next year MBZ will be showing off the next Gen E-class. I'm crazy like that.
