Hi all. I have been reading this forum for a little over a year and think it is great. This is my first post.

I have a 05 Midnight Blue 997 with Factory AeroKit and 19" Champion RG5 Titaniums and it is my first Porshe. Absolutly love it!

My next potential modification is exhaust, but I have tried to keep with all Porsche parts (sans the wheels). Can anyone tell me if you can install PSE on a 997 (not an S)? If so, what is the approx. cost?

Yes, you can.
Equipment cost is ~ $ 1800
Installation cost depends on if you have sports chrono or not.
If not, add another $70 for the PSE switch .
Labor should be per attachment below.

( A Porsche "time unit " is 1/10 hr i.e. 330 TU's are 3.3 hrs.)

 

I installed myself. I did not use a switch as I wanted it on all of the time. Very easy to install.
