I Hated This
I Hated This
I had to put two holes in my front bumper for my license plate bracket. I was cringing during the one minute it took. Oh well, all done now time to move on.
I know, I know. I spoke with a cop I know and if I got pulled over in my town I could possibly get away with it once or twice, but then they would look for me and eventually I would have to give in. If I got caught in another town I might not be so lucky. I know it is only a $50 fine but did not want the hastle.
Still the car looked better without it.

i know what you mean neil. I had to put my front plate on for the very reason of getting pulled over constantly and did not want the fines.. I think on Maui there is 1 cop for every 100 cars....j/k
Eric,
I knew you would chime in. I do hate NJ. Oh well.
What is up with the ipod integration?????

I have had it a month now.As far as Reus goes, the bose in the car is pretty decent. I could see maybe adding tweeters in the mirror, but not a full blown redo like in the 996.

I feel your pain, Neil. I live in Fairfax County, VA which is akin to living in 1930s **** Germany as far as car regulations go... I have been pulled over for everything. When I got stopped at a toll booth for no plates, I didn't think it'd be a problem - after all, I had just arrived in VA with my brand-new S4 w/CA paper plates and reg in the window. Turns out the good ol' boy judges here don't care 'bout no Caleeeforniya laws.... Guilty - $80 + fees.
Given that BS, I just put the plate on and live with it. If (when?) I get the RUF Rt12 kit, I am not going to put the plate on... F 'em.

Sounds good. Where are you? Congrats on the upcoming delivery.

I really love it. So does my wife.
She won't even look at it. The car is much nicer than the 996, not that it was bad. I do miss the TT front I had. It made the car a little unique. I think I need to do the front bumper. Maybe the gt3 look.
