A dude in my office has a stage 4 (ECU, Exhaust, High Flow cats, Headers and Vflow) 997S and no issues with warranty.
Deputydog has the Evo Supercharger in his 996 and while his car is now out of warranty, I don't beleive that they ever denied him any warranty claims.
