As you might know from some of my comments here and on other forums, my experiences during my 2 months of ownership with people providing services for my Porsche have all been horrible (incomplete and/or marginal work, rip-off pricing, etc.).....

Until yesterday ! I went to Wheel Enhancement's facility to see if they could help/solve/fix a couple of problems. John's personal involvement every step of the way and HONEST input, put me at ease knowing I was getting the best of care. No shoo-ing me out of their work area, I could watch with satfisfaction the care their service tech took with my car, to protect from scratches, to make sure everything was not just right, but the best it could be.

John and Alan gave me outstanding service and help at very low cost (how can you give full-retail-price service at internet-cheap prices?). I got the feeling this was not just for me, but how they do business period. They deserve your business. They will always get mine.

 

DITTO - I've driven from Denver to LA 2x to do business with them - never disappointed. John, Alan...and Dave are the best.

 

I am glad to hear this. I always thought they were outstanding just by the email I have exchanged with them.

 

+1 for Wheel Enhancement. Got my Champion wheels for my Audi from them. Great prices and excellent service.

have had two porsche's that they have exchanged/installed wheels on. they are all so very courteous, helpful, and offer superior knowledge on Porsche wheel configurations. super store, super service, and always a pleasure doing business with them. is there a negative that i could point to? they are so very busy with their work (demand) but i suppose that's why they're one of the best in the business.

Ditto from me. They're the best to deal with - no pressure, good prices and service.

 

I bought some wheels from them and at the same time had 2 other wheels refinished. In both cases the service was extremely slow and the prices were NOT competitive. They may be easy to talk to on the phone, but they won't have me as a customer again.

 

You must be the exception - did you talk to them about the service and prices? Also, I've used Alloy Wheel Repair out of Colorado Springs for some fixes and they were great - picked up the wheel, had it for a couple of days and I couldn't find the area they repaired. John Larson 1-719-659-8601

 

I didn't talk to them about it. The worst of it was that they took 7 weeks just to repaint the centers of 2 Fuchs wheels. And they never called me with updates - I had to call them. I dealt with Dave throughout the whole process.

 

I bought a set of Kinesis wheels from them a few years back - excellent service.
