Haha... A good idea, except I don't want to make it easy for people to steal my safety check stickers either. Safety check stickers get stolen pretty often, especially if you make it easy for them to remove the stickers.

There are many people in Hawaii who have cars that won't pass a safety check inspection, so they scrape stickers off other people's cars and stick the stickers on their car to avoid getting pulled over for an expired safety check.

Boy do I remember those days of stealing safety stickers. I remember they used to test the car and drive the car on order to pass a safety. Now you can pay the guys off and they throw stickers like candy. At least that happens on Maui.

I think the only way is on the bumperette period.
