Hussain,
Good advice. It's all about the prep and installation. I opted not to have the "line" on the hood.

2. custom 48” hood – film stops 3 inches short of the top corners – small area exposed on the top corners – 4350 <---- is that a typo? that is a lot of money for 48" hood.

I am assuming that since the number 4 on the keyboard is the dollar sign, that is suppose to be $350

lol, i was going to say. I was going to say i charge about 4000$ too less for the hood. I am on the east coast otherwise I would assist you. But Premiere is good and they are close by. I would suggest them highly. I have seen their work.

the pre-cut kit is cheaper, but will expose all the lines unlike the custom version. again, i will recommend Edre who does exotic cars all day long and has trained many in this field.

Well, now i'm a little stumped... I got my car detailed today and now that the hood is super clean and scratch free... there's a dozen or more little tiny rock chips... and that's just on the hood... NOW WHAT???? can I even get a clear bra put over that or should I just leave it and deal with it...?

itll look worse if you put a clearbra over a chipped hood. Either leave it, or get it resprayed and then clearbra
