Yeah,sorta agree with porschenut..
The 911 is a lighter sports cars.. The M6 convert is as such powerful, but it is a pig and more of a GT car ... The Jag does still disappoint me though..
I even rememeber this one ep of Top Gear,in which the M6,Vantage and 911S were put to the challenge.. The M6 and Vantage clocked the same time and the 911 was quicker.. The presenters could hardly utilise the full power of the M6,as it already has so many options ( Sport mode etc etc) + the weight issue.. So the M6 wasn't a surprise..

Overall each car has its significance, Ive driven them and I can say the sportier rides are the 911 C2S and the AMV8 whilst the XKR and the M6 are much comfortable whilst less sporty.
no suprise there. the 911 is the top dog. a while back, idk if any of you remember, top gear did one with the 997S coupe, m6 coupe, and the Aston martin V8 vantage (which the xkr is just a rebadged V8 vantage) and the 911 wont then too and beat both of them in a road course by IIRC 6 seconds and a good amount of trap speed.
