I am back-but still I dont have a 997

I went to Europe for a few weeks. Came back with a finance and also some incredible memories. Skipping to what 6speeder would care about the most, I went to Stuggart-Where Porshce's are born and raised. I was at what I would call our Disney World for grown ups-(or maybe just car nuts-)
Anyways I went ahead and got me a porsche shirt and even a key ring. But heck--my finance is making fun of me because I dont even drive one. I guess that I am a little over confident right now but apparently I took enough of a big hit on the vacation and not to mention the ring that I am a little frugal with my price right now.
I took a drive in a 4s the other day here in Orlando, but it is just right outside of what i can afford-really I am looking to be right at 65K and under right now. I got the itch real bad too, and if i wait a few months maybe I will be in better position. But being as impulsive as I am and now going to Stuggart and driving a few--I got to have one...

So I guess this is another rant about how i really love the 997s and that I still dont have one...yet

Join the club... but I am in no rush to get a 997s right now because I will be closing on our first house in Oct and need to keep my finances clean. Glad to hear you had fun in Germany. Did you get to drive the autobahn at all?

Yeah--I went to England first and then Paris--7/7/07 I took a knee on our balcony and asked her. Went to Nice and south of France for a few days. Traveled to Monanco and Monte Carlo-and yes played in the Casino.
Went to Germany--although we had a huge van to drive on the Autobahn it was really cool to be there. Germany is really nice!! And the cars driving around are simply amazing--I could seriously live there and the beer is great also!!!
All in all best vacation of my life, I have my future wife now but the last piece of the puzzle--a 997S--

Oh--if anyone knows anyone who knows anyone that has a 997s or 4s please let me know..Thanks

Congrats on your engagement. Sounds like a great trip.

Don't stress about the car - there are plenty of them out there.

Just buy a 997. Walk into the dealer and do it.

Aloha

if you're kinda low on budget, maybe get the C2. Both are 911s, you won't regret it!!! =]

I got my 997s for 67k. It had 10k miles on it and was in "like new" condition. Just wait for the right one to come on the market. It will be soon enough.
