When was the last time you stalled?

So I was waiting at a light today and reached for something and then the light turns green and I ....oops STALLED. Hate that crap. Anyone else here have annoying stall stories. I know I'm not alone.
Hello everyone, this is pretty embaressing, i just traded a Z4 for a 997 C2 Coupe, and i am constantly stalling, granted it has only been a week, yet the 997 is a completely different animal than the Z4 and the clutch takes time to get used to, specifically in bumper to bumper city driving.. i am sure i am not the only one that this happens to, one of the brave few willing to admit it.. lol

A couple months ago after a workout-
I was sitting at a red light and my left leg cramped so intensely that I stalled hard
(almost lurching my car all the way into the car in front of me).
It freaked me out pretty good.

I stall once in a while when I'm not paying attention to what I'm doing. I expect it is partially due to the lack of low end torque and you have to remember to rev it a little at startup. The first time it happened I was at a light with people behind me. Being still somewhat new to the car, I kept trying to restart without resetting the ignition switch to the left, so was getting nervous when nothing happened when trying to re-start. That ignition switch thing isn't one of my favorite features of the car. It takes a little getting used to.
I was on my motorcycle, and actually stalled out on Friday evening. I was cruising right along, going about 10 under the MPH speed limit, still accelerating coming off a red light. I'm just about to up-shift into RD gear (trying to save some fuel) and out of the blue, I hear the sound of someone peeling out and see some ****er blowing a stop sign out of the grocery store on my right. I down-shifted while grabbing a TON of front brake and slight rear brake. I came to a one-tire endo-style stop and during the event forgot to grab the clutch. The bike stalled out, but I quickly started her back up, and engaged pursuit.
I got up next to the jack-off that had almost killed me. The adrenaline was pumping through my veins, I was ready to rip this guys head off. He didn't have his window down, but I know he heard me yelling at the top of my lungs, through a helmet, at him. He pretended like I wasn't there, he continued to drive with me right next to him. Thankfully, a few taps on his drivers side window with some Icon TiMax gloves (they are full titanium reinforced for those that don't know) and he rolled his window down and had the deer-in-headlights look on his face, along with his eyes almost beginning to tear while apologizing to me.
At this point, the boil in my veins had cooled. Until he rolled the window down, I was SCREAMING at him, but as soon as the window came down, all I did was stare at him. After he was done apologizing, I informed him to keep his eyes on the road and his surroundings, that bikes are somewhat hard to miss, and to be more aware. He agreed, and we continued on our separate ways.
*Sorry for the long story, but figured it tied in with the stalling out thread*

Last week in a parking lot of a golf course. Trying to slowly get close to the concrete divider to minimize the door ding possibility. Doh!
This car has so much more torque than my S2000 that it seems nearly impossible to stall.

I have an S2000 and the C2S, and I stall my C2S much more frequently. In fact, I never stall my S2K anymore. The lack of low end torque is problematic (this coming from an S2000 owner!), if that's truly what the issue is.
I stalled coming into a Cars and Coffee meet while I wasn't paying attention. It's much easier easing into 1st when you can hear the engine, I seem to rev unecesarily when my radio is turned up.
Not sure low end torque is really the problem. Like others, I seem to stall when the radio is blasting or I'm momentarily distracted when starting off. By the way, I saw Jeremy (Top Gear) take off in 5th gear in a Z06 from a standing start and accelerate from 0 to 150mph without stalling ... or shifting. I don't care who you are, that's crazy torque right there! I was impressed - since I would pretty much have to turn the radio down and "concentrate" to get away in FIRST gear without stalling in my 997 C4S. I'm exaggerating a bit, but still...

I stalled 8 times today. I'm just learning. Actully i've had 2 years automatic practice and moved to driving lessons in a manual for a manual license, half way through driving lessons we had to change cars, the new one was so much more tempremental, cant even hear the engine when idling.
