How do you like your goat... can they be made to handle well without a zillion dollars? That was always the killer for me, because they tip the scales at almost 3,800lbs and always felt heavy. They aren't expensive with low miles and well they don't FEEL like a GM (mainly because they arent really). Perfect

Your right it dose not feel like a GM, it has a nice interior and a pleasant ride. As for handling its no porche but in my opinion it feels a lot better than the GT500. I like strait line speed and cruising and that respect the GTO is awsome.

What kind of boost are you running? Supercharger, or turbos? VERY nice GTO. I saw a black 05-06' last week on my way home from work in the vette. Guy and his girlfriend/wife gave me a thumbs up as I passed them in traffic, and I had to do the same. The car looked sweeeeet.

I am running 7 psi right now. The car has a lowered compression stroker (408 CI) Heads cam and full exhuast. With the supercharger alone it made 545/440. I built the motor to handle about 900 whp, but i am a little tight with money at the moment so I can't upgrade the fuel system which the car is begging for. Then I should see about 750whp.

Bet she's a BLAST to drive.

I'm at 480-490rwhp @ 8psi with a D1 Procharger and LG Headers at the moment. Waiting for funds on a forged LS3 as I'm also aiming for the 700 range... Newest picture of my c5 tonight hanging out with some friends.

Nice Goat. Just like my Torrid Red '06...well...except for the blower, rims, headers, tint etc etc--I must start modding!
