I purchased the 37 Ford from a custom builder in Iowa, Russ Eggleston. He is a craftsman & only works in metal. Basically he builds them the way he wants & if you like it buy it. He built this from the ground up, including the frame. He's from a very small town, about 100 residents. Google his name, he took a 4 dr dodge & made a hot rod pickup, gold, Hemi, floating fenders, just amazing work. He just started a web site egglestonkustoms.com. My rat rod is shown doing a few burnouts. This thing runs strong & cool. In fact I need to send Russ the trophy I won for up & comming builder 08 at the Grand National Roadster show. He's a stand up guy, pm for the price, too low to print.

 

That is the perfect daily driver and the perfect weekend car in my opinion, the rod looks awesome, done perfectly, now you just need an exotic to add to the collection when you want to go REALLY fast haha

 

planning to add one to my collection, hopefully in the near future, awesome rod!!! (it needs to be a bit dirtier) it looks to clean to be called "rat" rod LOL

 

Nice, i pulled in a trophy from GNRS a few years back too.....

 

The last photo of it is so sick with it all rusted out!!

The first truck is sick but I would not call it a rat rod. Now the ZZ top truck is rated out.
