This is the wheel I may be going with, and the car will be lowered as well. Though not sure if the front splitter will survive the DC area roads.

Depending on what he has done to the engine/tranny/interior it might not be economically feasible to gain the same type of performance/customization if he sells the existing car, and buys a Z06 and starts with effectively a fresh pallet. Also the ability to choose the color to exact spec is a nice thing.
