Having been able to drive a Ford GT a lot lately, but wanting a Gallardo, how is the ride/smoothness compare in both? Which one is more comfortable and smooth on the road? Which one shifts smoother? I know the Ford GT is like cutting through butter with a sharp knife!

I have an egear gallardo, doesn't shift smooth at all... The Ford is hard to see out of..... I'm always triple checking blind spots when driving and parking.... they are about the same comfort wise.... you can't park the Ford next to anyone or you have to crawl out of the car....

the Ford GT will destroy the stock Gallardo though in power/torque.... no comparison at all....

Yea, I agree on the blindspots. Definitely takes some getting used to. And I can't count how many times I hit my head the first few days I was around a Ford GT! And yes, the Gallardo would get raped stock vs. stock, there's zero doubt about that! I'm wanting to send a Gallardo off to UGR one day though. However after being around this Ford GT, it sure makes it tempting to save the money and buy a GT that will NEVER depreciate...
