Introducing my new 69 Firebird
Hey guys,
I just picked up a new ride recently and wanted to post a few pics. The harnesses have been replaced with 3 pt belts as well as 3 pts in the back for the kids. Dash has been replaced with Autometers in a custom panel. It has the original Pontiac 350 bored and stroked to 383 w/ aluminum heads, cam, etc. and is pushing 450-500 hp. Upgraded suspension, axles, Wilwood big brake kit, TKO600 5 speed. The list goes on and on. Just wanted to share another nice example of classic American muscle. Cheers.

The interior is all new custom. Arizen Racing fronts with custom matched cover for the back. New door panels, dash, and carpet.

Considering it was not minitubbed, it fits a pretty good tire. The PO had the axle made shorter than stock and the rims have a pretty good amount of backspace. I could go a little wider I think before hitting the leaf spring and/or inner fender, but I'm pretty happy with 275s. I don't want to know what it would cost me in tires to put 335s back there!

I think the car looks GREAT. Not a fan of the seats in it, they look like they're 15 years too modern for that car, but hey, probably WAAAAY safer than the stock lowbacks would be.
Gorgeous body on that car. Great lines, and it's in great condition. Congrats on the new acquisition.
