Anyone have any experience with one? Looking at the Hemi V8's.

I have the 300C SRT8
42,000 blissful miles
I have tracked it at fontana, laguna seca, willow springs...
everyone of them totally fun and surprised many that a car this big can handle so well.
I have drag raced it.
I entertain clients in it for work. (daily driver)
I take the kids where ever and everywhere in it. (rear DVD comes in handy)
take the wife out in it. (the valets know what lies within)
it still surprises everyone who has ever been in it...
or who has had the displeasure of seeing its rear end as it pulls away...

as for the charger.
a little less classy interior and a little more muscular.
you know what it is instantly.
the 300C SRT8 - unless you know them...
people just think another pimped 300 on oversized rims...
remember the SRT8 has the "super" hemi.

Chris

I have the Charger SRT-8 for a few months now and was very pleasantly surprised at how the car performed overall. I think the tranny might be it's weakest link in not being up to what the engine and suspension can do. The SRT8s are VERY different from the regular Hemi.

Why in the world would you sell your 911 and buy a Charger? That ranks as one of the worst downgrades you could do.

Well, not that I have to explain anything to anyone...I am starting a business and a $1000 a month car, actually 2 of them plus $2000 a year to insure it will have to go to shave expenses...A Charger can be bought for like $400 a month....so unless you wanna Paypal me...Never said a Charger would replace the 911...but its transportation....
