07-08 Turbos: Lease Residuals
07-08 Turbos: Lease Residuals
Guys w 07-08 Turbos.........
What are your residuals, particularly on 3-4 year terms? Payment if you don't mind, specifically on 0-down leases? Do these cars hold their value well? It seems like 03-04s are on autotrader/cars for 60-90K.....
What would be an estimated purchase price on 5 year old turbo?
And the estimated worth after approx. 9 years? I.E. in 2016?
Thanks in advance!

I have leased other cars . For instance my E class Mercedes was very reasonable but the next car will be bought as well .
These are very close to what I was quoted a few weeks ago by a Porsche dealer. click here
The catch is that Porsche and most lease companies cap the residualized amount to $140K. Throw on PCCB and a few other options you are way over. Say your car has a MSRP of $160K, well add another $20K to the amount you pay over the life of the lease. Basically, a well-optioned car is not favorable to lease. All residuals are in the dumps lately as the used car market has really taken a hit.

One more thought, unless you can deduct part of the payment, I don't think leasing a 997TT is favorable right now. Ultimately you have to talk to your accountant and see what works for you.
