Houston warranty work - search performed!

OK after digging through many searches and threads I'm still uncertain of where to go in the event that I need warranty work performed. I've read that Momentum isn't the place to go and based on the amount of messages and un-returned phone calls I'm getting from them (shame since I bought the car from them), where else can I go in the Houston area? Is anywhere around here mod-friendly (bypass pipes and flash tune)? I haven't modded anything yet, but I'm trying to find out what's OK and what isn't (in Houston).

Try Porsche of North Houston. Dave Moore is the service manager 281-944-2115. I have warranty work done there. Not the fastest but the work was done right the first time.

Porsche Dealer

+1 for Porsche of North Houston. They are the sponsor dealer for Lone Star Region of the PCA.

What do you need to get done, Head? Is this for your cayenne?

I have some independents I can recommend but not for warranty work.

TPMS. I'm also wanting to see if any dealers are mod friendly in the area. If you do a track day with the PCA, does that hose the warranty as well?

Warranty after track day

According to the official word from PCNA, any track time will void your warranty. However, dealers have a lot of latitude in that equation. I've had warranty work performed at Momentum on a very 'tracked' 996T.

Not sure any dealer would believe you if you said you had 'tracked' your Cayenne, even if it is true...

True, but I would have to get it inspected somewhere for a track day if it's through PCNA prior to the event, correct? I guess I wouldn't have to take it a dealer for that.

I always take my Cayman to Porsche of North Houston for this.

All I can say on there behalf is they seem to be friendly to people who like to track their cars.

I've had excellent experiences at both Momentum and Porsche of North Houston... FWIW Porsche of North Houston was cheaper for routine service.

I'm looking to do a PPI in Houston ... Any other recommendations? Or should I just go with one of the above mentioned establishments?

Thanks!

+1 for Porsche of North Houston. I've seen them installing all sorts of mods shipped from Sharkwerks and they are true Porsche enthusiasts. Momentum and West Houston (both owned by Sonic Automotive) have their own reputations. A quick search on this forum will be telling.
