Help with access to CD changer in trunk for Dension install

I have an 08 TT with the factory CDC. I've seen some threads on the board with pics of Dension installs, but not with my setup. My CDC is mounted on the passenger side trunk wall perpendicular to the DVD Nav unit. Can someone tell me what I need to remove to gain access to the CDC inputs so I can install it? Do I somehow slide the CDC straight up out of the plastic moulding it sits in? I don't just want to start removing panels without having some idea what's behind there. Thanks.

I take it from the lack of response that this is either way too easy to post an answer or nobody has done it themselves?

Just pull the trim piece out towards yourself and then there should be one screw holding the CDC bracket into place. That should do it.

or the more professional and ergonomic way would be to pull plastic trim, reach under, disconnect optical cable, install optical bypass plug, close trunk, jump inside the vehicle, remove radio, install under passenger seat, re-assemble.. have a nice day

run iPod cable to the glove box or center console, I prefer center console

Thanks a lot. I just needed to know how the trim came off and I didn't want to just start pulling on stuff.
