Driver's Edge event this past weekend. Great people. You should consider doing an event with them in various parts of Texas.

2 Bimmers eaten. 1 to go.

Robert and Marc going at it.

Heard that was a great track. I think I have seen you at an event before. Not sure if it was at the one at MSR or the last one in Cresson.

Are you going to be at the next MSR event?

Sweet. I always wanted to see what I looked like spinning around in circles.

It is August 14 and 15.

Yes I am. It is this weekend. Looking forward to it. I was at Harris Hill in my RS, and before that at misc events in my yellow GT2. Never done a Driver's Edge until Harris Hill.

Well, I was talking about the MSR near Dallas. The Driver's Edge is having an event at the MSR in Cresson which is near Dallas. It's this weekend and there are openings.

Ok. Got it. I did the 3.1 there a month or so ago. Great track but don't think I am going to make it this weekend. Going to wait until the one in Houston next month. Shoot me a pm of you are going to make it to the Houston one.

Couldn't tell if you were in yellow or red. But, if you are in red and see a silver gtr, an extremely loud yellow highly modded z06 or white m3, make sure to pass them for me.

I'm in red group. I will be driving my RS.
We are thinking seriously about the Houston MSR event. Never been on that track. Is it the same, better, or different than the Dallas MSR?

It's completely different. Can't really say which one I like better. The 3.1 is challenging (probably more so for me than you, I just moved from blue to yellow) but the Houston msr seemed more fun. Most of the red group and instructors I talked to seemed to like Houston msr a lot. But, still hear Harris hill is everyones favorite.

Give me a shout if you go to the Houston msr one. Have fun this weekend. The silver gtr won't be there. But, if you see a white m3, red highly modded zo6, and a yellow highly modded z06, give 'em hell. . Names are Philip, Phil, and bob, respectively. Really nice guys.

The event this weekend.. will it be Saturday and Sunday? Not enough notice for me to take off Saturday is why I ask. I can Deff be there Sunday. I have a GoPro which will mount anywhere on any car and sustain speeds of 180-190 no problem with great video. I also have an HD hand held so i can get some great footage for a pretty sweet video.

It's both days, and I will be there both days.

That is a fun track. Last time I was there a BMW M3 came down the hill made that sharp left turn and rolled 3 times. Landed with the tires up. This was moments before we were to take the track. Driver was fine thanks to the cage. Car was toast.
