Sounds like a good deal to me as long as the miles are too high.

Personally like the '09's better however.

the 09s are quite a bit more now from what i have seen.

why do you prefer the 09 more?

Well, from everything I've read and heard on here, '09 is when they updated the electronics. So I guess that's blue tooth, ipod hook up, etc. You'll have to search around and find out to what extent this makes a difference, but I know for one that I enjoy having the extra features. There may be some other tweaks as well to the PASM but I'm not sure.
