I wanted to put in a good word for Bryan Haske at Carlsen. My car decided it needed a vacation and spent a week while Bryan and his team tracked down a bad DME on a 2009 car. The thing is, he called every day with an update and was very attentive to the whole process. I've just started taking my car there, but I'm very, very impressed with the service level.

I also had great experience with Brian. He used to be on the forums. Carlsen isn't the cheapest dealer but they are trustworthy and capable in fixing all issues. When I bought a old Porsche, they kindly referred me to other independent because they had my best interest in mind. Talk about service!
