LED DRL Switched 12V Source

Gents,

For those that have installed LED DRL's (Agency Power or others), where did you tap your switched 12V from? Washer jets? Wondering what the best place is.

Cheers

Any tips for getting through the firewall grommet? I see it but historically I haven't had the best of luck in past vehicles getting through them cleanly.

I typically just poke a pick through the hole...then feed a stiff wire or clothes hanger from inside...put a curl on the end...loop the wire I want to pull on it and then just carefully pull it through....Then it stays nice and snug.

Good luck
