A friend of mine just purchased a 996 Turbo site unseen from Florida. He got a very good deal and it arrived as described.


They told him the CF on the wheel was cracked and it was badly. he replaced the steering wheel with a leather wheel but wants to get his CF wheel re done.


Can someone recommend a vendor who does good work in the CF arena?


if its local to LI even better otherwise he can ship it.


If any of you have done this can you give me an idea of the cost?

DCTMS.com - they do a lot of custom wheels including CF - he can get one made to his exact specifications and just send in the old cracked wheel as the core exchange when his new one arrives to get his deposit back.
